The VisiPower pet camera works with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks and does not support 5 GHz.

This VisiPower pet robot camera has two lenses and shows two screens in the app. The top lens is a wide-angle fixed camera for a full view. The second lens is a pan-tilt (PT) camera that moves 360° horizontally and 90° vertically for close-up shots. It also features a laser toy.
